  2. Intellectual Property (The IP) This website and its content are the intellectual property of Chris Fell Design & Project Management Ltd and Christopher Fell.

  • Guardian of the Design Intent™ and The Chris Fell Synthesis™ are proprietary trademarks belonging to Christopher Fell and are used herein under exclusive license by Chris Fell Design & Project Management Ltd.

  • Any unauthorised use of these trademarks, our 3D digital prototypes, or "The Living Blueprint" methodology is strictly prohibited.

 3. Digital Prototyping & Liability While our "Synthesis" methodology utilises immersive Mixed Reality and digital prototyping to

     mitigate risk, all project outcomes are subject to final physical site conditions and structural approvals.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARK LICENSING

  1. TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING The marks ‘The Chris Fell Synthesis’™ and ‘Guardian of the Design Intent’™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Christopher Fell. These trademarks, including all associated proprietary methodologies, strategic design frameworks, and digital prototyping workflows, are used on this website and within the professional activities of Chris Fell Design & Project Management Ltd (Company No. 07835296) under a formal licensing agreement.2. COPYRIGHT AND PROPRIETARY CONTENT All content featured on www.chrisfell.design, including but not limited to architectural drawings, 3D constituent component models, "The Living Blueprint" visualisations, and text narrative, is protected by UK and International copyright laws. Ownership of all original design intent and technical resolutions remains vested in Christopher Fell.3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing any proprietary methodologies or trademarks appearing on this site without express written authorisation from Christopher Fell. Any unauthorised use of these assets will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
